Red and Blue Pop Rocks Shooters

• Light corn syrup
• Red or blue Pop Rocks candy
• Grenadine
• Maui Blue Hawaiian Schnapps
• Paint brush
• Shot glasses
• Creamer or sprouted mixing cup
• Half and half
• Bar spoon

1.) Spread the Pop Rocks candy on a clean cutting board or plate.

2.) Use the paint brush to brush light corn syrup around the rim of a shot glass and then dip the rim in the Pop Rocks, twisting to coat.

3.) Pour grenadine in the glass until it is 1/3 full.

4.) In a creamer or a spouted mixing cup, mix one part half and half to two parts Maui Blue Hawaiian Schnapps.

5.) Slowly pour the creamy Schnapps mixture over a bar spoon or over a back of a spoon so that the dense mixture rests on top of the grenadine.  

Revolutionary Berries

• 12 ounces of white chocolate chips
• Fresh strawberries
• Blue sugar or edible glitter

1.) Melt 12 ounces of white chocolate chips in a microwave according to the package directions.

2.) One at a time, dip strawberries into the chocolate and then into blue sugar or edible glitter.

3.) Set them to harden on wax paper.
